The company is focused on meeting the growing demands within the community by providing sustainable lifestyle support services. For the past two years, Ms. Thomas-Goldsmith has been responsible for overseeing human resources, financing, project development and education. Team-oriented with good communication skills, she develops the core competencies of the staff to underpin the key success factors for the company. An honest and trustworthy professional, she is passionate about building a workplace that reflects those ideals, along with teamwork and support. She motivates her employees by encouraging them to excel in every aspect and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. She has recently been named a finalist as the Not-for-profit Manager of the year 2012 on the Sunshine Coast by the Australian Institute of Management.
