Ms. Taylor has over 20 years of human resources experience, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pall Corporation, a global supplier of filtration, separations and purification products with more than 10,000 employees. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Pharmaceuticals at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and in various human resources roles at General Electric Company, where she had a 13-year tenure, and at Merck & Co., Inc., where she began her career. Ms. Taylor is our Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined Broadridge in November 2015 and has responsibility for all aspects of human resources globally. Ms. Taylor has an extensive background in leadership development and the field of human resources. Prior to joining Broadridge, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Pall Corporation, a position she held since 2013. Ms. Taylor joined Pall in 2010 as VP, Human Resources for the Industrial and Corporate Research and Development division, and she assumed responsibility for the Operations division in 2012. Before Pall, Ms. Taylor led the human resources and learning functions for a $12 billion unit of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Prior to that, she had a 13-year career at General Electric Company, which included roles leading human resources for GE's Medical Diagnostics business, Compensation & Benefits for a GE unit in Tokyo, and founding the Commercial Leadership Development Program for the corporation. She began her career at Merck &Co., Inc., in Europe and the U.S.
