Julian entered the IT services industry in 1992 after graduating from college in the UK. He began his tenure in the industry by working for one of Europe's largest value added resellers implementing large scale projects both in the UK and for large multinational clients. In 1998, Julian joined Gartner Group Europe and managed technical projects for EMEA as well as many global projects. Relocating to the US within Gartner in 2000, Julian headed up the Client Care team for many sites, implementing best practices and standards for support. More recently Julian has worked within the events industry building two events that have become industry leaders in their markets; he did this with the help of etouches. Having been a client for two years prior to joining the company, Julian brings first hand end user knowledge and an understanding of the events industry to the etouches Implementation and Support Team.
