We produce dill weed oil, pickle flavor emulsions, and other essential oils for use in the flavor and fragrance industries across North America and around the world. As the farmer, producer and distributor we are able to ensure the quality of our oils throughout the entire process, from seed to finished product. Through strategic crop management, detailed component analysis, cutting-edge distillation technologies and precise blending we are able to provide our customers with 100% natural oils, with no fillers or additives. Our farms are located in the fertile valleys of central Washington and Oregon states where the nutrient-rich volcanic soil and abundant sunshine provide an ideal growing environment. SunWest Ingredients is a division of JSH Farms, which has been a family owned business for over 60 years. Our experience and pioneering efforts in essential oil production have allowed us to remain industry leaders since the 1960s.
