Degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Idaho and Colorado as well as before the United State Federal District Court in Idaho and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jon practiced twenty years in Boise, Idaho with the law firm of Moffat, Thomas. His practice emphasized real estate commercial lending. His clients included lenders, developers and small businesses. The areas of concentration included real estate, formation of businesses, construction law, health law, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Jon has closed transactions in excess of 40 states. Jon has been with Bencor since 1999 and assists in the drafting of contracts, loan documents, leases, sales contracts, construction contracts and creation of entities. He is involved in the closing of all transactions, assists in planning and directing legal issues affecting sites and construction issues.
