Jay Borden, Vice President Customer Care Jay Borden Vice President Customer Care Jay Borden Jay Borden joined ExpeData in November, 2007 as Vice President Customer Care where he is responsible for strategic direction, pre-sales and customer support, printing, form design and form define, fulfillment, education and training, and product documentation. Jay brings to the position broad experience helping companies in many industries improve business results by aligning business and IT strategies, reorganizing to support the strategies, and creating more efficient processes. Mr. Borden has assessed the fit of emerging and existing technologies in support of business goals. Jay came to ExpeData from Decisive Directions LLC, a consultancy, where he served as President and owner. Prior to forming Decisive Directions LLC, Jay was a senior member of the strategy and effectiveness practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before that Mr. Borden served in a similar role in the strategy practice at BearingPoint. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York and an MBA from the Executive Program at the University of Connecticut.
