"Over the years, we have provided them all of the services that we typically do-the coaching and mentoring and helping them hit milestones, to the point that they graduated from the program in 2008," HTR president James Senall said.
"They are a great poster child. It's what we try to replicate over and over again to try to create more high-growth, technology-based jobs here in town." Graduation from the program, Senall said, means three things. The space vacated at the center will allow newer companies to enter, Senall said. With more than 20 employees and products being sold, Lumetrics and CaterTrax were at the final phase for TEC companies, Senall said. "When a company reaches that phase, they've graduated from the intensive incubation program and are ready to stand on their own and get ready to leave the nest," Senall said.
