Prior to filling this position Mr. Beach was the project manager for District Two Facilities. Prior to joining ICA he applied his management and supervisory skills for over 11 years with the Florida Department of Transportation as Assistant Maintenance Engineer, Manufacturing Operations Administrator, Resource Manager and District Fleet Administrator. He also served on many special Incident Management and State Emergency Response teams and task forces. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
