George Kondopulos (Treasurer)
George is a partner in KPMG LLP's Vancouver office and specializes in being a tax and business advisor to a wide variety of clients, including technology, film and media, consumer market, restaurants and renewable energy companies. He has presented to the Tax Executives Institute and written various articles for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. On numerous occasions, George has taught various tax courses for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. George volunteers with the Vancouver Board of Trade as chair of their Government Budget and Finance Committee, leads KPMG's fundraising efforts for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC and is a member of the West Vancouver Arts Centre Trust Finance Committee. As a graduate of the West Vancouver Secondary School and long-time resident of West Vancouver along with his wife and children, he is proud to give back to his community by supporting the Kay Meek Centre Board.
