Francisco is Head of the Corporate Division of the Firm.
Since his incorporation to the Firm in 2001, he has held different positions in the Corporate and Litigation Divisions. His activities include the registration of foreign investment; corporate maintenance; formalization of all types of contracts; coordination and execution of due diligence processes; among others. He has advised clients in diverse areas in the operation of their business, assisting them from determining the most adequate legal figure to the day to day operational advice, accompanying them in their growth and development. Francisco is Head of the Labor Unit, He provides the following services to his clients: Labor Legal Advising; Development of internal labor regulations, individual and collective employment contracts, Code of Ethics, Labour Policies and Practices; Counseling on Risk Prevention at Workplaces Law and forming committees; Relations with Unions, Labor Relations Termination, Labor Audits, Management of labor cases against governmental entities, among others. As part of his professional development, Francisco has participated in diverse seminars on Registry Law, Banking and Financial Contracts and Intellectual Property. He has also given several seminars in Employment Law and Health & Safety.

Mr. Francisco Martinez has been an Associated Attorney of Romero Pineda & Asociados, and member of the Corporate and International Divison since 2001.
Since joining the Firm, Francisco has counseled clients on corporate organization and business operations. His responsabilities at the Firm include the incorporation of salvadoran subsidiaries, registration of foreign investment, development of free zone operations, mergers and acquisitions, incorporation of national and foreign non-profit organizations; labor, immigration, drafting and negotiating various types of contracts. Francisco obtained his law degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in 2005. He has participated in the seminar on Real Estate Law (November 2006) and seminar on Banking and Financial Contracts sponsored by FESPAD (August, 2007); seminar in Intellectual Property sponsored by WIPO (2004).
