I look at it from the standpoint of it's wonderful for the senior," said Claremont independent pharmacist Eugene Steiner, host of KRLA's "Healthy Advice" talk show. Steiner, 65, said that most of the patients he saw Tuesday were pleased at the idea that they could pay less for drugs. However, he warned, without a tight rein on costs the bill could prove ruinously expensive for the federal government.
