Erin Blair MA, ATR
Erin Blair, M.A., ATR earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from James Madison University in 2003 before moving to suburban Washington D.C. and beginning her work with at-risk adolescents in residential treatment.
She became addicted to working with this creative and passionate population, and went on to earn her Master of Arts in Art Therapy from George Washington University.
Erin is devoted to the continuous creation of her own artwork through painting and journaling, and she is the proud mother of a 2-year-old daughter.
Erin currently works as the art therapist at the Newport News Juvenile Detention School, where she incorporates a strengths-based, art as therapy approach into daily lessons of Character Education.
