Eric moved from Belgium to the USA in 2005 to be with the girl he fell in love with since his vacation in Philadelphia in 1999. He is now living in Jamaica plain with his lovely wife Carmen and his little 2 year old Sophie. Since a very young age, food has always been a passion for Eric. When he was a kid he used to wake up at night to go down to the kitchen and experiment with the art of cooking. Fortunately, his mom never said anything against it, because she said that her kitchen was always cleaner after he was done. He has been accepted to some of the most prestigious culinary schools in the country like: French Culinary Institute and the Cambridge School of Culinary Art, but unfortunately he was never able to get the money to pursued his dream of becoming a Chef. Nevertheless, he was lucky enough to work with some of the best chocolatiers in the world in retail and management. EHchocolatier is giving him the chance to sharpen his office skills and to finally step into the kitchen while still be able to have a perfectly balanced and healthy family life.
