Chef Ellis got his start at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, was part of the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley and gathered more experience at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle before making his way back to Silicon Valley. The team is delighted to have him back and he's honored to share one of his favorite recipes, Chicken Osso Bucco with Spring Vegetables. ossobucco2.sm Growing up in Hawaii, Chef Ellis has many fond memories of his mother making one of his favorite dishes, Korean Glazed Drumsticks. This recipe was inspired by the nostalgic dish but with an Italian, spring focused twist! Here, Chef Ellis uses seasonal vegetables at the height of their potential along with herbs straight from the Quattro garden.
