Elizabeth A. Ledkovsky Elizabeth earned her Bachelor's degree at Cornell University and a Master's at Ithaca College. While pursuing her law degree at Fordham University, she was an Assistant Editor of the Journal of Finance and Corporate Law and a seminar presenter at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, which led to her affiliation with the Yale Information Society project. After completing law school in May, 2013, she worked as Legal Editor for two forthcoming books and as an academic researcher studying employment law issues such as privacy in the workplace, employee intellectual property rights, and gender discrimination. Elizabeth is also an alumna of the New York State Bar Association's Trial Academy. Legal Experience As a student, Elizabeth interned at the largest Trusts & Estates practice in New York State and served as a Summer Intern at the Tax and Consumer Litigation clinic at Fordham. She also worked as a law clerk at a private practice in Ulster County. After law school, prior to joining Charny & Associates, she was an Associate at a small Westchester County firm, practicing civil litigation and administrative law. Elizabeth is committed to social and economic justice and serves the Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office pro bono, assisting low-income self-represented litigants with consumer debt and identity theft matters.
