Lauf Equipment is a farm, lawn, and construction equipment dealership providing sales, parts, and service. We take pride in being a service to the farm, lawn, and construction industries as well as the homeowner. Our main lines of equipment include Massey Ferguson, Gehl, Kuhn, Bush Hog, Exmark, Echo, and Simplicity. Lauf Equipment was founded in 1942 by Alex Lauf. He carried lines included Farmall and International during World War II. Later he took on Case, Massey-Harris, and Minneapolis Moline with locations in Jefferson City and a few in Tipton. In 1963, Alex's son, Harold Lauf purchased the business selling Massey Ferguson and Minneapolis Moline. In 1979, Harold moved the business to its current location on Highway 94. He introduced the first zero turn lawn mowers to our area in the 1980's with Dixon ZTR mowers.
