Elisangela has been the Nutritionist for Cargill Turkey Production LLC for the past five years overseeing feed and ingredient quality control, feed manufacturing practices, and developing nutrition strategies to improve targets for optimum business performance including growth rate, breast meat yield, grade and condemnation. Elisangela received her Bachelor's Degree from UNESP in Botucatu, Brazil and her PhD and Master's Degree in Poultry Nutrition from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Currently, Elisangela has joined Cargill's Global Poultry team and will deliver nutritional solutions to Cargill poultry customers across different geographic areas.
