Hppy is a mobile and web tool that helps companies track and manage their employee happiness and engagement. We give the employees a set of tools to track their own moods. There are settings controlled by the manager with features to schedule notifications and reminders. We also offer an anonymous way for employees to report what is the driver for their moods. On the other side, managers have access to various reports, KPIs and useful data that they can use to make better decisions and engage employees. Depending on each manager's approach and needs, Hppy can be used as an employee engagement platform or just a happiness monitoring tool.
