Over the past 35 years, Innovative Housing Society has worked diligently to make lasting improvements in the lives of those in need in the Edmonton area. As community needs changed our mission evolved as well from physically accessible community access to affordable housing and homecare then to Supportive Living. After much soul searching and reflection we have made the difficult decision that now is the time for the next step of our journey. IHS place in society is as a pioneering innovator and leader but no longer an operator. We are very pleased that Park Place Seniors Living, a family owned and operated company, has taken over the operations of Villa Marguerite and 114 Gravelle. Park Place Seniors Living is an experienced operator who is more than capable of continuing and improving upon the work IHS has started.
