Diane Moniz Reed Bristol-Myers Squibb Bio: Diane Moniz Reed, PharmD is a strategic, solutions-oriented healthcare professional with more than twenty five years of experience enabling effective medical communications in both pharmaceutical industry and in the clinical setting. Passionate about change leadership, building new Organizational capabilities and developing high performing, customer-focused leaders, Diane currently leads the Biomarker, Early Assets and Cross Tumor Medical Publications and Scientific Content at Bristol-Myers Squibb. In this role she leads a team accountable for the development and execution of functionally and geographically integrated medical communications worldwide. Previously she held positions of increasing leadership in the Field Medical organization in multiple therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Diane was a tenure-approved faculty member at Xavier University College of Pharmacy where she successfully established clinical pharmacy practices in critical care and emergency medicine at the Medical Center of Louisiana, New Orleans. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Howard University in Washington DC and completed residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. A native of Rhode Island, Diane resides in New Jersey with her husband Gerry. Her personal goal is "to teach the world to fish".
