Diana Gordillo started her journey with insurance working as a senior medical admin for medical offices in Tampa. After becoming an insurance agent and working as a captive agent, she became interested in the recruiting and contracting process of the industry. She is very passionate about the idea of helping independent agents and agencies grow und... er their own structure with the right support. Prior to working for Florida Urology Partners in Tampa, Diana worked as a HR representative and recruiter for FedEx Ground in Pompano Beach and Orlando. With ample experience, from costumer service, medical information management to human resources and as an MA and Life sales agent, Diana is a growing asset to the Grupo team.
