Sharpe said guests stayed longer than expected, enjoying the beautiful venue that overlooked the Boston harbor and the camaraderie of the small group setting.
Due to the event's success, she said, Boys Town New England is already discussing hosting a few similar events next year.
"The best part of the evening was the one-on-one time we had with the guests, some who were just being introduced to Boys Town," Sharpe said.
