David Hamilton is a principal at Praxis3 Architects.
In a career of more than 30 years he has worked at several Atlanta architectural firms, among them, Verge Studios and Lord, Aeck, Sargent Architecture and worked on notable civic and public design projects in Atlanta. He was the 2008-2011 Board Co-chair of the Metropolitan Public Art Coalition (MPAC) and helped to organize, and served on, the Architect Selection Committee for the Center for Civil and Human Rights. His civic involvement includes serving on the boards of the Freedom Park Conservancy and the City of Atlanta BeltLine Design Review Committee. He also co-founded the Public Domain Arts Group. He is a frequent review critic at the Georgia Tech College of Architecture and the Kennesaw State College of Architecture.
