David Beinhacker David oversees Customer Care Measurement Practice (CCMC's) measurement practice. He has ten years, plus experience working with organizations such as TARP, American Petroleum Institute and US Coast Guard Headquarter. His methodological prowess coupled with a passion for innovative analytics is helping leading companies get the most from their investment in listening to the voice of the customer. David has the aptitude, the skill set, and a penchant for bridging the proverbial gap between the science of the customer experience and good business acumen. As he sees it, complex statistics and mathematics don't have much value if they aren't used to influence everyday decisions and actions that improve the customer experience. Possessing a zeal for telling stories with data, David has a rare talent for fashioning trustworthy business cases from sophisticated statistical and economic modeling.
