Colleen Ulibarri
Programs Manager culibarri@greensbayou.org Colleen began working as a programs manager for The Coalition in September 2017. She maintains projects and programs for the West and South Reaches of Greens Bayou including assisting with Paddle Trail development. She has an M.S. in natural resources and a B.S. in conservation biology from the University of Arizona. Her graduate research focused on human dimensions of wildlife habitat management - specifically the attitudes of southern Arizona's ranching community toward endangered species conservation and large landscape conservation in general. She previously worked as a technician for numerous federal agencies including the U.S. Natural Resources Conservation Service in Willcox, AZ and the U.S. Forest Service as a wildland firefighter in Bigfork, MT. She and her husband reside in League City and enjoy weekends kayaking on Galveston Bay, fishing in the bayous, or running their two dogs at one of the numerous local parks.
