The new management team is Colin Wallington (Left) and Nicky Smith (Right) who were appointed from a strong field of applicants and have control of playing matters at Catons Lane.
Colin Wallington has been a manager for over 20 years. He was manager at Maldon Town F.C. for six years, gaining two promotions with them. He was also manager when Tiptree United were champions of the Ridgeons League Division One a few years ago, and was manager of Burnham Ramblers in 1999-2000 when the Bloods won the Essex Senior League Championship on goal difference from Southend Manor and Burnham Ramblers. Colin is joined by Nicky Smith who has been a professional footballer with several league clubs including Colchester United, and has recently been manager of AFC Sudbury FC.
