A 20+ year veteran of the legal tech industry, Christy Burke is an expert communications architect who has orchestrated dozens of legal innovation success stories. A skilled promoter and strategist with superior media contacts and influence in legal, Christy consistently leads her clients to high levels of growth and financial prosperity. Burke & Company clients include Fortune 500 companies, unicorn and soonicorn companies, as well as organizations that have attracted substantial investment and M&A activity. Christy’s varied background in publishing (Forbes) and advertising (Interpublic Group agencies) ultimately brought her to head up marketing for Worldox/World Software, a legal document management software product now acquired by NetDocuments. She founded Burke & Company in 2004. In addition to her PR work, Christy co-hosts the He Said, She Said podcast with Doug Austin of eDiscovery Today. Also, she frequently writes for legal tech industry publications including Legal IT Professionals, Legal IT Insider, and many others. For several years, she also wrote The Place to Network column about lawyer networking for ALM’s Marketing the Law Firm Law Journal Newsletter. Burke holds a B.A. in English and Sociology-based Human Relations from Connecticut College and is a Trustee Emeritus of the College. An avid community activist and philanthropist, Christy has won several community service and volunteerism awards and actively works with charitable organizations based in New York, New Jersey and globally, too.
