Shelby County Maintenance Supervisor Chris Roediger, right, hands the rusted time capsule he took from the Children's Home cornerstone to Shelby County Commissioner Bob Guillozet Monday. The time capsule had been placed in the cornerstone in 1897 and was removed during the demolition of Children's Home. It will be opened during a ceremony in late summer.
