Cathy Pendleton, LSCSWDirector of Adult Programs
Cathy began teaching programs with Turning Point in 2002 and joined the staff in January 2003 as the Director of Adult Programs. Cathy comes to us with a wealth of professional experience, having been a Social Worker for over 30 years. In addition to her work with Turning Point, she also has a private psychotherapy practice and has been an instructor in the Professional Continuing Education Department at Johnson County Community College. She has served both on the Programs and Services Committee and on the Board of House of Menuha. Other service work has included being a volunteer for the Good Samaritan Project, assisting with design layout for Habitat for Humanity newsletters, writing for a local women's magazine, church work and providing speaking programs to not-for-profit groups.
