A Lehigh Valley Native, Bruce Loch is President of Loch, Elsenbaumer Newton & Company, and he leads the firm's practice in the areas of real estate, construction and litigation support.
Bruce received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drexel University where he was a member of the accounting society. Upon graduation he served three years with the firm of Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) in their Philadelphia office. He is admitted to practice as a CPA in Pennsylvania and before the IRS. In 2001, he was one of the first accountants in the US to pass the Certified Forensic Accounting exam offered by the American College of Forensic Examiners International, and he received the prestigious designation of Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA). In 2008, he was awarded the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) Credential by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Board of Forensic Examiners.
