The 2017 Houston New Aid Officer Workshop is honored to present our next guest speaker, Mr. Bobby Lothringer, who is currently the Texas Woman's University Registrar.
Mr. Lothringer has worked for various universities including Texas Tech and the University of North Texas, and is currently obtaining a Ed.D in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas. We are expecting a large crowd to participate in the 2017 NAOW events. Our Space Team is so pleased to have two guest speakers scheduled for Monday, May 22, 2017: Mr. Lothringer, University Registrar/ FERPA expert, and Dr. Carfagno, team building manager for the NASA astronauts and the space programs.

Bobby Lothringer
Bobby Lothringer has been the University Registrar for Texas Womans University since 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and a Masters degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas. He is currently working on his Doctorate degree in in the same program at UNT. Bobby has over 22 years of experience working in higher education at three different institutions: Texas Tech University, University of North Texas, and Texas Woman's University. In addition to his experience in the registrars office of two different institutions, Bobby has worked in the areas of alumni relations, admissions & recruiting, and academia. He recently was awarded the 2015 Texas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (TACRAO) Presidents Award, the highest, rarest honor given by the organization, for his many contributions to the organization and higher education in the State of Texas.
