Should Collection Managers Be Worried? Yes, Just Like Jeopardy Contestants Battling IBM's Watson | Collection Software by Quantrax

Bill Hopkinson the CEO of CBC Inc. in Charlottesville VA says "The whole idea behind the system is to force the newest collector to work an account in exactly same way as your best and most experienced collector (or as each client has mandated).
Bill Hopkinson added "I have heard of many owners who 'brag' about all of the custom programming they do to their systems to make it just the way they want it.

"Collection software, in general, has made advancements by leaps and bounds over the last decade", said Bill Hopkinson, president and CEO of CBC, Inc./ VCS, Inc.
"Our collectors use very little free-form notes," said Hopkinson. "Giving the new collector time to 'play with the system' in a demo environment while being supervised is a must," said Hopkinson. "There is already a tremendous amount of information available to collectors to make good, informed decisions while working accounts," Hopkinson said.
