Brooks Law Group Announces New Attorney: Angela Spivey
Winter Haven, Florida - This incredible attorney was born in Alabama but has lived in the Orlando area for 28 years. Angela relocated to Winter Haven last year to commit to Brooks Law Group and our clients. Angela is a dedicated leader with plenty of bragging rights when it comes to her success. A single mother of two putting herself through law school at Barry School of Law in Orlando she graduated number 2 in her class and was awarded handsomely for all her achievements. While at Barry, Angela served as senior editor on Barry University Law Review and worked as a research assistant in the areas of Disability Law and Legal Ethics. During her time in law school, Angela earned several book awards including awards in Civil Procedure, Legal Research and Writing, Constitutional Law, and Disability Law. Angela also became a Certified Legal Intern with the Legal Advocacy Center of Central Florida representing indigent clients in consumer debt collection actions and identity theft. With a passion for helping people in need, it is a natural choice that Angela begins her legal career with Brooks Law Group where she can put her 'client focused' mindset to work. When Attorney Spivey was asked what she would do first if she ruled the world she replied eloquently, "To eliminate the barriers to education that are so pervasive in the majority of the world today including right here in the United States. A good solid education should not be a luxury that only the wealthy enjoy. If Angela won 10 million dollars tax free, she would tithe 10% as well as make a 10% donation to Catholic Charities which is a nationwide organization that helps all people in times of need. Once her parents are taken care of you could find Attorney Spivey lounging in the Caribbean. Her friendly demeanor makes a comfortable setting where clients are able to connect on many levels. However, she is as fierce as a hurricane when it comes to getting her clients the best care possible. We welcome Angela Spivey and look forward to many sunny days with her on our team.
