Mr. Rojeski is Vice President and General Manager of Renewable Energy for Tyson Foods, Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for the development and profitable growth of energy related businesses, which includes a joint venture with Syntroleum called Dynamic Fuels. Mr. Rojeski originally joined Tyson Foods in 2006. During his tenure, he has served in a variety of roles with increasing levels of responsibility in finance, accounting, and strategy. As such, he oversaw a variety of activities involving profitability improvement, risk management, performance measurement, corporate development, and capital planning. Prior to Tyson, Mr. Rojeski was a management consultant with Inforte and Booz Allen. In this capacity, he developed a variety of pricing, go to market, customer, and operational improvement strategies. Mr. Rojeski originally began his career as CPA (inactive) withPwC. Mr. Rojeski graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with BBA (concentration in accounting) and received his MBA from the University of Chicago with an emphasis in strategic management and finance.

Andrew Rojeski Vice President, General Manager Renewable Energy Responsible for the development and profitable growth of energy-related businesses, Andrew is Tyson Foods' vice president and general manager of Renewable Energy, a position he has held since 2011. As part of this role, Andrew oversees activities for Dynamic Fuels LLC, a joint venture with Syntroleum Corporation. Dynamic Fuels produces next-generation renewable, synthetic fuels from animal fats, greases and vegetable oils that contribute to our nation's energy independence and help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Andrew joined Tyson Foods in 2006. Throughout his tenure, Andrew has served in a variety of significant roles with increasing levels of responsibility in general management, finance, accounting and strategy. He has overseen a variety of activities involving profitability improvement, risk management, performance measurement, corporate development and capital planning. Prior to joining Tyson Foods, Andrew was a consultant with a leading management firm where he developed a variety of pricing, go-to market, customer and operational improvement strategies. He began his career as a certified public accountant with a Big Four accounting firm. Andrew graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. He earned his master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago with an emphasis in strategic management and finance. He's an executive committee member of the Advanced Biofuels Association and a board member of the northwest Arkansas chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
