Andrew Alvis brings over 10 years of entrepreneurship and over five years of commercial real estate development and brokerage experience. He began his real estate career with NewQuest Properties, where he excelled in both leasing and tenant representation, brokering over $100 million in closed transactions over the past five years. Andrew is curren... tly a Development Partner at NewQuest Properties, playing an integral part in the acquisition and development of nearly one million square feet of retail and mixed-use commercial projects around Houston and Central Texas, totaling well over $150 million in asset value. In addition, Andrew is an active franchisee of Fat Tuesday, holding the exclusive franchise development rights in the Houston MSA market, where he has three locations open. Andrew is also the founding and managing partner for Wild Concepts, where he successfully merged a coffee shop, an award-winning cocktail program, a restaurant, and a retail wellness store with an e-commerce platform.
