Alicia Gomez serves as Chief Operating Officer at Boston Senior Home Care, having joined the agency in 2017. She has extensive experience as a leader and change agent in the healthcare industry. Alicia began her career as a case manager at Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, and continued to pursue her career in healthcare at Lawrence General Hospital where she held several leadership roles that would assist the hospital in its pursuit of The Triple Aim goals. Alicia also served as the Director of Population Health Management at Connance, Inc. where she assisted in the design of a population health analytic tool identifying social determinants of health that negatively impact the health of patient populations. Alicia’s strengths lie in her ability to identify and implement strategies for improvement and change within an organization.
