TUX is committed to providing across-the-board support during the complete life cycle of a client implementation, from design to rollout. As such, TUX will allocate resources to address any post-implementation issues pertaining to the newly installed software. Time and resources to cover this support is built into the TUX Implementation Package. TUX product support does not stop at the "next steps" that arise from the post-implementation review meeting. The TUX client support contracts ensure that its Account Management and Help Desk personnel are available to support its clients at all levels, from business development to technical troubleshooting. The client will identify an internal contact to serve as the liaison between the client end users and the TUX support staff. This approach will promote the widespread communication - between all stakeholders - of pertinent information that emerges from the resolution of any support issues. The "support chain" at the client end is also determined (e.g., Is there an internal client Help Desk that will handle support questions on the first pass?).
