Who is The Safety And Health Training Center
The Safety and Health Training Center selects the most qualified instructors in the field of environmental and occupational safety and health. The adjunct faculty members of The Safety and Health Training Center's staff have long been involved in training and education of employers, employees and governmental agencies. These instructors are internationally recognized experts in their field. Each adjunct faculty member is selected based on their working knowledge of governmental regulations and practical experience implementing those standards. Many of our trainers have years of experience working with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and their Regional OSHA Training Institute Education Centers (OTIEC). Our faculty is as follows: ANTHONY BUTTINO: Tony has been involved in the training field since 1988, in the field of asbestos, lead, hazardous waste and OTIEC courses. He has been involved in the construction industry (environmental remediation) since 1988 and brings a wealth of practical experience to the field of industrial hygiene. WILLIAM POMERHN: As a Professional Engineer, Bill brings over thirty years of experience in the environmental and occupational safety field to the Center. Bill has been internationally recognized for his work throughout the United States and Canada. His expertise in asbestos, mold, lead, hazardous materials, hazardous waste sites and remediation activites provides our customers with expert engineering services. HEIDI REISMANN: Heidi, as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) for the military, brings a world of experience and knowledge to our safety and health courses. Currently employed in the consulting field, Heidi has trained in asbestos, lead, emergency response and OTIEC courses. DANIEL E. TOUSSAINT, Jr.: Dan's background is mostly industrial with seventeen years spent with a major manufacturing organization. Dan currently is the Director of Safety for a loss control organization.
