Our company was founded by former Special Agents from the FBI and DoD. We have responded to mass casualty events and critical incidents both here in the U.S. and overseas. These experiences impacted us greatly and motivated us to establish The Pohl Group to help train key community institutions including police, schools, and industry. We work collaboratively with schools to improve school safety and train behavioral threat assessment teams. We work with police leaders to identify, form, and accomplish training goals and improve professional development. We work with industry to implement programs that prevent workplace violence and training to improve corporate resiliency. We also work with law firms to conduct precise and comprehensive investigations. Our President and Founder, Mark J. Pohl, is a Global War on Terrorism Medal Recipient and Department of Homeland Security trained instructor for Active Threat Response and Tactical Medicine. Mark has developed world wide connections through his work in countries including Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Dubai, Jordan, Central America, and Europe.
