The Baltimore Urban Leadership Foundation, Inc., also known as "The Door," is a faith-based organization that has been serving as an "Umbrella of H ope" in Baltimore for over 30 years. During that time, The Door has continued to serve local communities in Baltimore through direct service, capacity-building and resource development. Its programs support the organizational mission of comprehensively addressing the social, economic, educational and physical needs of the community while ministering to the spiritual needs. To maximize the impact of our outreach, The Door cultivates partnerships with like-minded organizations that directly address the needs of the community. These partnerships deliver a variety of needed programs that enrich both the wider community and our partners who give of their resources to serve the material, developmental and spiritual needs of many people.
