Since opening his private practice in Whitby in 1995, Victor has been honoured annually as Best Denturist in Durham Region an unprecedented 17 times. In 2014, the flagship Victor Minas Denture & Dental Health Centre opened in Toronto, where Victor and his hand-picked team of leading dental professionals Smile Corp offer dental solutions that are comprehensive, cost-effective, and custom-designed. Theres a complete in-house lab too so everything is done to Victors high standards under one roof. With constant clinical and technical advancements, and a passion for patient comfort and care, Victor Minas continues to give his new and existing clients every reason to smile. Dr. Rubinoff graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto, in 1991. He received his Intravenous Sedation Certificate from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1992, and a Certificate in Esthetic Dentistry from Case Western Reserve University in 1994.Dr. Rubinoff has been placing dental implants since 1998, and has placed hundreds of dental implants. He has attended numerous courses in Oral surgery, implant dentistry, and grafting procedures. Dr. Rubinoff is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the Ontario Dental Association, and the Canadian Dental Association. Dr. Paculanan graduated from Centro Escolar University, School of Dentistry in Manila, Philippines with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1988. He practiced general dentistry in Manila before immigrating to Canada in 1996.
