Second 2 None Delivery

In operation since 2008, Second 2 None Delivery (S2N) has provided thousands of custom white glove deliveries to residential and commercial clients throughout North America. S2N is the brainchild of owner and operator Calum Cameron, who with little knowledge of running a delivery company, saw the potential and urgent need to change the status quo.... Calum noticed that the industry had become tired and had let go of some crucial standards, in particular the quality of service. Along with co-owner Tom Clifford, Calum soon set out to create Second 2 None Delivery Ltd., with the promise of providing the retail industry and local residential clients a fresh faced company offering consistent, reliable help. One simple procedure that Calum enacted in his first week of operation, was to equip his staff with professional uniforms. One would think that this was the norm in the delivery industry, however, 10 years ago, nearly all local furniture delivery companies had a high turnover of non-uniformed staff. Another initiative that Calum implemented, was to provide his commercial clients the option of having a full-service delivery team, meaning that S2N would work on behalf of their clients, acting as the final point of contact for their end users. All scheduling and invoicing would be managed directly through S2N, and efficiency and elite customer service would be a top priority. These two key changes have elevated the industry standard and is testament to Calum's business success. It is also why year after year, North American interior designers, furniture stores and residential clientele ask for Second 2 None by name. Second 2 None Delivery, now provides first class white glove deliveries, assembly and as recently as 2016, white glove furniture & decor storage. In the Spring of 2016, Calum opened the first all-inclusive, white glove storage facility in British Columbia.
