I began my journey in Alternative Medicine while spending time in Israel, where I experienced the power of energy healing for the first time. My quest continued in New York City, where I explored the beauty and mystery of tarot, oracle cards, crystals and the clearing of energy through smudging as a way to further connect with my intuition and the... Universal Life Force. My training in Reiki 1 and 2 while in New York was a life-changing experience, raising my vibrational level, consciousness and awareness of the Oneness that brings all us together. Reiki has since played a significant role in my life, serving as a tool to help me to cope with anxiety and grief while also teaching me the importance of gratitude. After moving to Asia, I continued to develop techniques in Alternative Medicine; these include training and attunements in Shanghai, Japan and Thailand to become a Deeksha giver, a practitioner of Advanced Sekhem Vibrational Energy, a practitioner of Drisana Energy Healing, a practitioner of Crystal Healing and a Reiki Master Teacher. As a violinist, I have experienced the power of sound in raising vibrations and helping to balance the flow of Chi. This inspired me to additionally study sound healing and to incorporate healing forks and sound bowls into my healing sessions. My greatest joy comes in teaching these techniques to others, in order to help people empower themselves and develop their own self-practice of energy healing.
