Preston One

Our real estate development firm, Preston One, LP, was created in 2004 by three entrepreneurs with over 100 years of combined experience in the disciplines of accounting, construction and real estate. We formed a bond and utilized our talents to form a time tested partnership to initially develop a five acre tract of land on Preston Road at Hedgcox... e in Plano Texas back when there was only one building at the intersection and we had a vision for the future growth. In 2005 we finished construction of our 25,000 square foot office condominium project on 2.3 acres, at 7920-7924 Preston Road, and sold 80% of the buildings within a year prior to its completion. Today that same intersection has been built out over the last few years and our neighbors are a Federal Court House, Capital One Regional Headquarters, Children's Medical Center Plano and a few other office buildings. We now have one of the last infill parcels next door to the Federal Court House and adjacent to the famed Legacy Busi-ness Park. Preston One, LP in 2013 will develop the remaining 2.7 acres of our property and build 60,600 square foot four story building that includes an underground parking structure and three floors of office space for lease at 7928 Preston Road.Read More
