We dont have a person in charge of PR at my school, so how will this benefit me? OKSPRA is especially important for schools that do not have a designation communications person or PIO on staff. At each meeting, expert presenters and fellow OKSPRA members will share the latest information about how to brand your school, stay ahead of the media and spot the latest PR trends. OKSPRA meets at least four times a year. Those meetings are published on our online calendar. At each meeting, members benefit from professional development, tactical strategies and collaboration opportunities to help them stay abreast of school public relations trends, be better prepared for challenging events, and learn from best practices in communications and public engagement.
