Who is New Hope Veterinary Clinic
New Hope Veterinary Clinic is proud to serve German Valley & Rock City, IL as well as surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine along with friendly, compassionate service. New Hope Veterinary Clinic has its roots in German Valley. It was initially established in 1971 by Dr. Calvin Barthel and most services were performed on the farm or in a small office associated with his home. In 1983, a new facility was built just north of German Valley and New Hope Veterinary Clinic became a more prominent business in the area. With the addition of our Rock City branch in 1991, the stage was set for New Hope Veterinary Clinic, as it is known today. The primary objective of the doctors and staff is to provide our best medical and surgical care for companion animals as well as horses and farm animals. Every attempt is made to provide efficient and timely services to meet your needs. However, we ask for your patience and understanding when emergencies interrupt the schedule. We will try to inform you of any changes in the schedule so as to respect your time schedule as well. We believe in treating every patient as if they were our own pet, and giving them the same loving attention and care. We are a group of highly trained, experienced animal lovers who are devoted to giving our patients the best care possible.
