Lake City Hotels, Inc. (LCH) is a hospitality management company focusing on the mid-scale segment of the hotel industry. A new venture, formed in 2006, Lake City Hotels specializes in acquisition, development and management of hotel properties. LCH and its principle owners have more than 50 years of combined total experience in the hospitality industry and are affiliated with several highly reputable hotel brands. LCH manages select service hotel properties both self-owned as well as for third parties. As individuals, we have ownership interest in several hotels and seek to expand our portfolio by acquiring or developing additional hotel assets. We have successfully developed four hotels in the last five years and are currently developing three additional hotels. As an owner of LCH, P.J. Patel began his promising hotel career 25 years ago by investing in a small independent hotel. Nick Patel joined him in 1994 as a general manager of Hampton Inn in Lake City, Florida.
