Ernest Espinoza is an administrator within the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Ambulatory Care Network. Mr. Espinoza has approximately 25 years of experience within the Department of Health Services and has served in various administrative, management, and analytical positions. In addition to being the Administrator of the El Mont... e Comprehensive Health Center, for the past three years, he has been serving as the Ambulatory Care Network™s liaison to the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health to facilitate the integration of mental health and primary care services to enhance access and patient care outcomes. Mr. Espinoza completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at UCLA. He completed a postgraduate fellowship in health services management within the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services; is a Fellow of the National Association of Public Hospitals; and completed the California Health Leadership College series. J. Michael Allevato, M.D. is Medical Director of the El Monte Comprehensive Health Center and La Puente Health Center. He graduated from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1997 and went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center. In 2000, Dr. Allevato began working as an attending physician at Edward R. Roybal Comprehensive Health Center in East Los Angeles and went on to take hold the role of Associate Medical Director at that facility from 2008 to 2016. In 2016, he enthusiastically joined the El Monte and La Puente Health Centers administrative team. Jorge Urquizu is the Nursing Director for El Monte and Roybal Comprehensive Health Centers and La Puente Health Center. He joined the Ambulatory Care Network team after extensive experience as a Nurse Manager at LAC+USC and Department of Public Health. Jorge earned an undergraduate and masters degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
