Who is KD Janni Landscaping

KD Janni was founded in 1988 by Keith Janni when he took over Kyle's Landscaping. Kyle's was founded in 1980 and we still service many of the same clients yearslater. In 1990 Jim Homer joined KD Janni after previous providing service on the Central Coast with Live Oak Landscapes which he founded in 1974. After selling the business and working in Oregon for a few years he moved back to San Luis Obispo and joined our team. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2003 Evan Moffitt joined our team. In 2009 Evan Moffitt returned to KD Janni after a few years of owning Live Oak Landscapes. It is interesting how connected the world is. Jim Homer the original owner of Live Oaks Landscapes was later owned by Evan Moffitt. Through this connection we have had some accounts since the mid 70's. We still have a signed contract of a maintenance account from 1976 to which we still provide the service today.
