Over the past 35 years, Innovative Housing Society has worked diligently to make lasting improvements in the lives of those in need in the Edmonton area. As community needs changed our mission evolved as well from physically accessible community access to affordable housing and homecare then to Supportive Living. After much soul searching and refle... ction we have made the difficult decision that now is the time for the next step of our journey. IHS place in society is as a pioneering innovator and leader but no longer an operator. We are very pleased that Park Place Seniors Living, a family owned and operated company, has taken over the operations of Villa Marguerite and 114 Gravelle. Park Place Seniors Living is an experienced operator who is more than capable of continuing and improving upon the work IHS has started. We are pleased to leave our communities in the capable hands of those with whom we share similar values and ethics, as we move on to serve other charitable needs in the Edmonton area. We have been assured that Park Place Seniors Living will continue to operate both Villa Marguerite and 114 Gravelle under the same operating conditions and Government contracts. We sincerely thank all of those who have placed their trust in us and for being part of the IHS journey!
